TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms listed below.I reserve the right to decline a commission request if the subject matter is outside my expertise or comfort zone.2. PAYMENT POLICY
Currency: All prices are in EUR.
Method: Payment is accepted via PayPal only.Fees: A 5% PayPal transaction fee is to be covered by the client and will be added to the final invoice.Payment Plans: I require either 100% upfront payment or a 50/50 split (a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin the work, and the remaining 50% after the final watermarked preview is approved).3. PROCESS & DEADLINES
Timeline: Completion usually takes between 1 week and 1 month, depending on the complexity of the design and my current workload.Workflow: I will provide a rough sketch for your approval. This is the stage where major changes to the design should be made.Revisions: You are entitled to 2 rounds of minor revisions at the sketch stage. Any major changes requested after the work is finished or beyond the 2 rounds will incur an additional fee (+10€ each).4. USAGE & COPYRIGHT
Personal Use: You receive the right to use the artwork for any personal purpose (avatars, social media posts with credit, personal printing).Commercial Use: Any use for profit (merchandise, games, books, streaming assets) must be discussed beforehand and requires a commercial fee (+100% of the total price).I reserve the right to post the commissioned work to my social media and portfolio for self-promotion unless a "private commission" is requested (+100% of the total price).5. REFUND POLICY
A 100% refund is only available if I have not yet started on the commission.If the commission is cancelled after the sketch phase has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.No refunds will be issued once the final artwork has been completed and delivered.
